Health Services
The Health Center is centrally located and provides medical care to all students, their dependents, and DMBA-managed care participants who have identified the university doctor as their primary care provider.
Staffing includes two board-certified family practice physicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, and a full front office staff. Most health conditions can be treated at the Health Center, and specialty care is referred out to a network of specialists.

Setting Appointments
The Health Center is accepting appointments for all students and current DMBA-managed care patients. This includes routine medical appointments and physical exams.
Please call our office at(808) 675-3510 to make an appointment. Urgent medication refill requests can also be made at this number.
Our non-urgent refill line is(808) 675-3939 . Requests will be handled within 24 business hours.
Due to HIPAA privacy laws, we are unable to make appointments or refill medications through email. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call our staff.

Mask Requirement Policy
A mask or face covering is required to enter the Health Center if you have symptoms of COVID-19 (coronavirus), flu (influenza), or a common cold.

Missed Appointments
The Health Center charges a service fee for missed appointments and appointments not canceled at least one hour before the appointment.
The fee will be $10 for those with the DMBA Student Medical Benefit plan and $15 for those with the DMBA employee plan. Additionally, extended appointments will have a service fee of $25.
